International Society of Franchising (ISOF), a multidisciplinary, multinational membership organization composed primarily of university professors. Most members conduct scholarly research to enhance knowledge of the franchising phenomenon. Sixteen countries are represented in ISOF’s membership and many study international franchising. Three hundred and seventy-two (372) franchise research papers are available from IFM.
